We moved into an apartment that is about 9 years old and the tub collects just a little bit of water in the center that never drains. Looks like the tub “plastic” has sagged in the center. Can it be easily fixed without removing the whole tub?

The sink drains very slowly. The toilet does not want to flush the water down and the most worrisome thing is when you do flush, the toilet water is coming up through the drain in the tub!

I had new sinks and drains installed as well as a new bathtub drain, but the vessels do not fully drain. There is always a little pool of water left that covers the metal ring around the drain. Were the drains installed properly?
