All you need to do is go to the hardware store and price it out yourself. I installed mine in much the same way bringing all my lines up through the floor behind the dishwasher. Not much at all. The bigger issue is wiring to the circuit breaker box. Dishwasher pulls a big load on the amps. Also the part of the country you live in will have a lot to do with the cost. For the installation to meet code you will need to run a dedicated circuit from the breaker panel.
