If you tie the drains of the two basins together first, then they can go to a single trap and out. Check in the kitchen for layout if you have a two compartment sink. The 2 sinks can be tied into the drain before it goes into the wall (or floor). Each sink will need a trap before tying into the main drain. The water supply lines will have to be tee'd to add the second sink, or you can get dual outlet shutoff valves to replace the existing ones. Yeah it should be a piece of cake. Get a counter top with cut outs for two sinks, that way you can keep all of the water lines and drain lines outside the wall, and inside the cabinet.
